TERMS OF USE
Validity Period:
The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will expire and cannot be redeemed.
Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable:
The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service. It is intended for the individual named on the voucher.
Redemption:
The voucher can only be redeemed at Chiropractic Alchemy, 32A St Lawrence Terrace, London. Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Service Coverage:
Additional services or treatments may incur extra costs.
Cancellation Policy:
If the appointment booked using the voucher is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, the voucher may be forfeited at the discretion of the clinic.
Legal and Health Disclaimers:
The voucher holder is responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history prior to treatment. The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate based on the client’s condition.
Other Conditions:
The clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
In the case of disputes, the clinic’s decision will be final.
